Hi Friends,
We hope you’re feeling a return of your own energy as we head into the darker (and hopefully soon-to-be) cooler months. Summer was a time of expansion—of sending energy out—while autumn brings back in balance as we prepare for the inward focus of winter.
We just had our fall equinox retreat and it was beautiful. If you’d like to see a recap, check out our Instagram reels. We were so honored to spend the weekend at The Gaia House with such a beautiful group of women who opened their hearts with us.

So what’s next for fall?
We’re working on an extra special heart opening offering for November, but until then, you can join us for a free Joe Dispenza walking meditation:
Saturday, October 12, 2024, 7AM: Last year, more than 140,000 people around the world participated in Joe Dispenza’s Walk for the World Meditation. This year, Olivia is headed down to Fair Oaks to join a group participating at Fair Oaks Park. It’s early and the meditation is long-ish (54 min) but if you’re interested in possibly being part of a carpool, reach out and we’d be happy to help coordinate.
Friday, October 18, 2024, 5:15PM: Come meet us in Coloma for an evening of community. We’ll start the walking meditation at 5:15PM since the sun is setting earlier. Kids are welcome to hang out at the picnic table in the field if they’re able to supervise themselves (or if you have a parent hanging with them). Afterwards, we’ll head over to Troublemakers for pizza. Get in touch to sign up—we’ll pick which walking meditation to choose after we know who is coming! Since the days are getting shorter, this will be our last Friday evening walking meditation offering for the season (we may shift to Sundays in the afternoon or morning at Cronan if there’s enough interest).
