
Happy May!
We celebrated this beautiful spring season last weekend with a rainy day hike in Coloma—and it ended up being spectacular. The wildflowers were blooming, the rain stopped, and everything was so green! We’re looking forward to a high alpine hike in July—stay tuned for more details.
In the meantime, we’re taking May to get organized for our Women’s Midsummer Retreat at the end of June and we’d love for you to join us. Think yoga, meditation, pool and sauna time, an afternoon sound bath, delicious healthy meals and stars at night—it’s going to be incredible. May can be an energetically full month—between the expansive solar energy of spring leading into summer and all the end-of-school-year events, Mother’s Day and Memorial Day, we’ve discovered it to be a very busy month for many calendars. Layer this with the intensity being felt so much in the outer world right now, and many of us are feeling a deep need to cultivate inner peace.
