Women’s Summer Solstice Retreat w/ seed + sage

Harbin Hot Springs, June 18-20

Join us for our Women’s Summer Solstice retreat at Harbin Hot Springs, June 18–20, 2026, to celebrate the yearly peak of light and vitality. Our gathering marks summer’s full arrival and offers a spacious pause to slow down, reset, and spend a few days outdoors, immersed in nature.

Throughout our time together, we’ll enjoy Harbin’s hot springs and sauna, along with yoga, somatic practices, a restorative sound bath with Cat Lessley, and meditation designed to support ease, presence, and nervous-system regulation. Inspired by the energy of the solstice, our practices will gently explore expansion and expression—while also honoring rest, integration, and balance. Our days will leave room for listening to your body and moving at a sustainable pace.

There will be opportunities to soak, journal, wander the land, and reflect on what is already alive and growing within you. This is a time to acknowledge what you’re carrying, what’s coming into fuller expression, and what may be ready to soften as the season unfolds.

In the evenings, we’ll gather in a women’s circle beneath the stars, cultivating grounded connection, shared presence, and the kind of community that nourishes rather than drains.

This retreat is an invitation to meet the threshold of the summer solstice with curiosity and care—celebrating light and vitality while staying rooted in restoration, nervous-system safety, and meaningful connection.

If you’d like to secure your spot, please reach out: seedandsage.retreats@gmail.com.

Early bird cost is $222/person for the retreat through 3/31/26—$262 thereafter. Meals and lodging are separate (lodging booked directly through Harbin’s website).

Accommodations range from camping to private rooms—be sure to reserve ASAP to get the option you want. Meals can be brought in a cooler (no open flames allowed) and/or purchased on-site from Harbin.

We’re excited that everyone will be able to build their own retreat to meet individual needs/budgets/desires!

What does the schedule look like?

We will begin at 5PM on Thursday evening and end around noon on Saturday. Our schedule will include yoga, meditation, journaling, somatic practices, circle connection, a sound bath with Cat Lessley, soaking in the hot springs (a cool water pool is also available), and using the sauna (if desired). There will also be time built in for solo exploration of the property. We’ll finish up around noon on Saturday and you can expect to leave the property by 1PM (unless you choose to extend your stay).

What about attire? Isn’t Harbin clothing optional?

Just so you know, Harbin’s pools and some parts of the property are clothing optional—please make sure you’re okay with being in this environment before signing up. Swimsuits are welcome but be prepared to be around nudity. While our retreat is a women’s retreat, there will be other guests of all genders using the pools and property.

What are the sign-up steps?

First, confirm your spot with Olivia & Carlie—you can do this via email: seedandsage.retreats@gmail.com

Second, book your accommodations on Harbin’s website.

What are the accommodation options?

The cost of lodging or camping is not included.

Camping is available in a meadow or along the creek. There are beautiful creekside camping platforms. All camping spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll need a reservation ahead of time, but will pick your spot when you arrive. We expect many participants to choose to camp, so you will not be camping alone—last year we had a great group of women sleeping in both their cars and tents. Likewise, Carlie and Olivia will be staying in a yurt in the camping area. Bathrooms are cleaner and better quality than a typical campground.

Cottages are close to the main camping area and are a great option if you’d like to reserve a room central to the group. Domes are a bit more remote (a couple minutes away from the camping area by car) but offer a stunning view and easy access to small additional pools. Creekside Caravans are also available.

Please make your reservations as soon as possible as space is very limited—all of these options are open for booking to the general public and will likely sell out for the weekend of the retreat.

What about food?

Harbin offers meals for sale. You’re also welcome to bring your own food in a personal cooler but camping stoves (or open flames) are not allowed. We will build meal breaks into our schedule. Food is not included in the retreat cost, so plan accordingly.

Will I have time to book a spa treatment?

Harbin is known for its incredible (and unique!) spa offerings. If you choose to arrive early on Thursday or leave late on Saturday, you may have time to enjoy a spa treatment (others did last year!). Just be sure to leave 5PM Thursday through noon Saturday open to attend the retreat offerings. Spa services are not included in the price of the retreat.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the retreat is full and we’re able to fill your spot in time, we’ll refund the retreat cost only (not including lodging) minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellation of your lodging or camping spot must be made through Harbin’s site in accordance with their policies.
